Management of all secondary applications.  Additional applications are sometimes required by third parties (like your local council, water authority, or fire engineer) before the building permit can be approved. These cover things like planning permits, site coverage variations, easement and fire safety approvals. Requirements vary depending on your council or service provider.

Any physical inspections required like hole inspections for structures that have columns going into earth where width and depth of holes need to be checked for engineering certification. 

A physical site visit for a final inspection of the finished build so the building surveyor can issue a final inspection approval notice.
